Roses are most efficiently harvested in **May and June**. They are collected in the early morning, usually between **05:00 - 09:00**, when the flowers' essence density is at its highest.

The collected roses are subjected to the distillation process on the same day. They are processed in large cauldrons using the **steam distillation** method. Only **300-500 grams** of rose oil are extracted from one ton of rose petals, making rose oil one of the world's most valuable essential oils.
